Getting started is easy!

  1. Select your trainer.
  2. Select your program.
  3. Make your payment. You’ll get access to your training program immediately.
  4. Set up your profile and fill out your lifestyle/nutrition questionnaire.
  5. Your trainer will upload your custom nutrition plan to your dashboard within 24hrs of receiving your questionnaire.

Once you’re set up with a trainer and got your program and nutrition plan, you will use the app daily for your training and diet, along with our chat feature for daily communication.

You can send your lifting videos, update your bodyweight and insights in your profile, as well as any questions relating to your health and fitness goals.
