Our base price is $250+tax per month in Canadian Dollars.
Some Coaches may charge more based on availability / capacity, and expertise.

You get instant access to your training program upon completed payment.
You get a customized nutrition plan within 24hrs after filling out your Nutrition Questionnaire.
You get 24hr communication with your trainer, meaning all questions and messages will be responded to within 24hrs.
You get Training, Nutrition, Accountability, and Expert Coaching all wrapped into one packaged price, delivered on the Torque Training Online Platform.
Insights are used to track daily habits like Sleep, Steps, Bodyweight, Energy Levels, and Adherence To Diet.
You will be encouraged to update your insights daily so your trainer can review them and get a better outlook on your day to day life!
* Data integrations with Apple Health, Fitbit, Google Health Connect, and more will be coming in future platform updates.
Certain trainers have limited capacity to take online clients, as well as specialized expertise that means we have put premium pricing on these trainers.
Some programs require more comprehensive onboarding and client management (like the Holistic Lifestyle program for example), which requires a premium price.
Because of our different price points for premium programs & trainers, our checkout system will show both the Trainer fee and the Program fee, but you will only be charged the higher of the two, if you are signing up for a premium program.

Yes. Depending which program you choose will determine your minimum commitment.
Example: 8 Week Women’s Shred (2 month commitment).
After your commitment period, you’ll be renewed monthly and can cancel at any time by giving us 7 days email notice to app@torquebarbell.com before your next renewal.
This is a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means it is accessed through the browser on your device.
Next time you sign in, you can save it as an icon on your home screen which will then function like an app next time you open it on your device.
Yes you can ask your trainer to switch programs and they will manually move you onto the next program.
Example: Starting with Intro To Strength > moving to Intermediate Strength after 3-4 months on the intro program.
We have a Home Workout program which will be modified based on the equipment you have access to.
Your trainer will ask for a photo of your gym setup and a list of equipment so they can modify the program directly to your space!
No problem! Let your trainer know so they can modify your program and place an alternate exercise to target the same movement or muscle group.
While we don’t recommend it inside of 3 months, yes you are welcome to try another trainer by emailing us at app@torquebarbell.com or by messaging Support in your “In App Chat”.
It can take time to build a rapport and connection with your trainer as they learn your abilities, lifestyle, and motivators. When you switch trainers, you’ll be starting the process over again, which can delay your progress.
We understand the “personal” aspect of Trainer/Client connection, and sometimes people just aren’t a good fit.
